Thunder Command is the underground headquarters of Damien Thunderman, which is located way below of the Thundermans House. Damien uses it as a lab where he performs various science experiments.

- Damien built a hyperlift to enter into Thunder Command, which is hidden behind the wall on the right side of his bed.
- Thunder Command is surrounded by Thundertanium, which is the strongest metal in existence.
- It is filled with a supercomputer, cyberdesk, hologram suite, TV and monitors, weapons room and laboratory equipment.
- It has secret passageways connected to it, one led to the subway station.
